How do I read my serial number?

What kinds of warranties are available?
Most products come with robust warranties, with decades of experience and product knowledge we are able to confidently stand behind the items that we make. Warranties apply to the first owner and begin when the product is purchased from an authorized dealer, they are not transferrable. Read more for specific information.
How do I file a warranty claim?

Please contact or 800-531-3600 for any questions on product warranties. You will need the item number, photos of the damage to the item, and it is recommended that you have your receipt.

How soon will my order ship?
Great question! We use flat rate shipping, and all packages ship from the factory in Yoakum, TX. Shipping times vary from about 4-7 business days, depending on where the items are going. All items ship within 2-3 business days of availability, meaning if your item is in stock we will ship it in 2-3 business days. If the item is out of stock it will show on your order once processed. The status will show 'Backordered' and the date we are expecting to have the item ready to ship will be shown next to the item in the email body.
Can I ship my order to a different address other than my billing address?

No. We require the shipping address and billing address to match in order to reduce fraud. We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes, we offer custom orders on all products made in Yoakum, TX. Contact our team to discuss your custom order. All custom orders are subject to nonrefundable deposits, and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancelation after production has begun. What is your return policy?
Please note that our return policy is exclusive to this website; policies may vary by dealer. Any stock item purchased on our website may be returned with an RA number within 30-days of receipt, as long as it remains in new, unused condition. Some exclusions apply. Shipping is nonrefundable. Do you offer financing?

Do you offer international shipping?
Thank you for considering one of our products! Unfortunately, we are not able to accept international orders at this time on this website. We have several dealers who are able to ship internationally, these can be found throughout the world on our Dealer Finder, at the top of this page.

What is the difference between Tucker Classic and Tucker Horizon saddles?
The Tucker Trail Saddle Horizon series has the most advanced equine riding system available from the advanced saddle tree system to the ergonomic shock-absorbing seat. Read more for detailed information.
How should I polish the silver on my Circle Y tack?
Our pure silver is electroplated and has a protective finish to prevent tarnishing. We recommend cleaning only with a damp cloth. Abrasive or chemical cleaners could result in the removal of the protective finish, which can cause severe damage or tarnishing. Within normal use, saddle silver may be subject to scratches that allow tarnishing. Use a dry, soft cloth to buff away any tarnish.
How should I care for my leather products?
The life of the leather depends upon the care you give it. Most saddles experience the rigors of the environment, and proper care is essential to prolong their life. It is important to regularly clean your saddle and treat the leather with the best oils and leather conditioners available to you. After you ride, or if your saddle gets wet, clean all leather parts that were exposed to sweat and moisture, let dry naturally, and oil. Do not use artificial heat or direct sunlight to dry leather, this will burn it, and it may become brittle and lose its strength. Leather that has been burned through this process should no longer be used.

Yes, we offer saddle and tack repair and cleaning exclusively on our products. For repairs on Circle Y, High Horse, Tucker Saddlery, or Reinsman Equestrian products please contact or 800-531-3600.

Does Tucker Saddlery have any recalls?
There are not any current Tucker Saddlery recalls, there have not been any Tucker Saddlery recalls on our saddles, trees, or other products. We’re committed to making quality products that are safe for horses and riders, and put a lot of time and energy into our product designs and testing. Any recalls will be addressed as quickly as possible, and buyers will be informed so that they can return any recalled products for replacement items of equal value.
How do I become an authorized dealer?
Information on becoming an Authorized Circle Y Saddles, Reinsman Equestrian, High Horse Saddles, and Tucker Saddlery dealer is available upon request through our team. To be considered, a candidate must be a tack retailer who has a permanent retail storefront open to the general public during “typical” retail hours and must be interested in carrying a full line of saddles and tack. How does a mule tree differ from a quarter horse tree?
The difference is in the “rock” of the trees.  The rock is the contour of the bar of the tree, and the back of the horse or mule, from front to back.  Typically, mules have a straight back with very little rock.  They inherit this conformation trait from their donkey parent.  Horses have more contour or sway in their back when compared to a mule.  Horses can range from straight-backed (some may use mule trees) to extreme rock (swaybacked).
What seat size do I need?
Seat size is highly subjective and depends on your height, weight, body type, type of saddle, riding discipline, and personal preference. We always recommend a little extra room in the seat over a seat that’s too snug. Read more to view our seat size chart.

How do I use the ErgoBalance™ Stirrups?
Tucker created the ErgoBalance™ stirrup (EBS) design as added comfort for your saddle. What makes these stirrups so great is the angled cone which helps keep a rider balanced in the saddle and decreases knee and ankle fatigue. The large end of the cone goes towards the horse. What is the Ergo Seat?
Ergonomically-sculptured seat design. This special seat design is available on all Horizon models. We sculptured our Gel-Cush™ padding so that it provides enough height and cushion to soften some of the impact sustained by the rider’s hip bones while also creating a slight relief channel of clearance for the groin and pelvic area. This has been a real breakthrough for riders with groin, prostate, or hemorrhoid sensitivity.
What is DURAhide?
DURAhide™ is a polyurea elastomer that is specifically formulated as a high-performance coating designed to prevent corrosion, abrasion, weather, and wear. This material is not only an effective sealer but also adds strength to your tree. DURAhide™ carries a tensile strength of 2300-2500 lbs psi @ 75F. DURAhide™ withstands temperatures from minus 50 to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Is the hardware on this breast collar stainless?
Yes, the Maverick Buckstitch breast collar uses stainless steel hardware.
Why does the Authentication Certificate show as Out of Stock?
Great question! Those are made to order so that they have information on your exact model, we do not keep them in stock. Authentication Certificates can still be ordered even though they show as Out of Stock, this generally takes 2-3 business days.
